Route A · Surf coaching
This is for anyone who wants to surf better. It doesn't matter where you start: you've never touched a board, you've been riding the same wave for two years, or you want to polish surfing that already works. What never changes is the format: few people, video, and one correction per session.
Who it's for
You've never stood up, or you did three times on holiday. We go to the whitewater and work paddling and board position before anything else. Everything else grows from there.
The most common case. You catch waves, you have fun, and for two years you've been doing exactly the same thing. It's almost always three things: you take off late, you paddle from the wrong spot and you don't look down the line. It's fixable.
You surfed, life happened for ten years, and now you have time again. Technique comes back fast; reading the ocean comes back slower. That's where I help.
What a session looks like
I check the forecast and tell you beach and time. If there's no usable ocean, I tell you that too.
Twenty minutes. What we'll do, what ocean we've got and where you'll sit.
I'm in there with you, not pointing from the sand. Camera from the shore.
We watch the video. You leave with one concrete thing to practise until next time.
Pending Pending from Justin: exact formats (1:1, duo, trio), session length, single sessions or blocks, and whether gear is included. With no public prices, this section is what qualifies a visitor before they write — it has to be exact.
Write to me with your level, how long you've been surfing and which days you can do. I'll tell you whether I can help and how. If I think I'm not what you need, I'll tell you that too.
