Privacy
This site is built to collect as little data as possible. Here is, in plain terms, what is processed, where, and what your rights are.
The data controller is Justin Mujica, a surf coach operating in Portugal. For anything concerning your data, write to info@justinmujica.com.
The full tax details (tax ID and registered address) are being formalised and will be published on this page; in the meantime they are available on request at that same address.
None by itself. It uses no cookies, has no analytics, no user accounts, and stores no personal data on any server of its own.
The contact form sends nothing to this site: it composes a message and opens it in WhatsApp from your own device. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
If you write to info@justinmujica.com, email is handled with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.).
Messages are used only to reply and to organise training. They are kept for as long as the coaching relationship lasts and deleted when you ask.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Exercise them by writing to info@justinmujica.com; requests are answered without undue delay.
If you believe something has been handled badly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Coaching for minors is always arranged and coordinated with the parent or legal guardian, who is the point of contact for all communication.
Image policy: no photo or video of a minor is ever published — on this site or on social media — without the guardian's specific written consent. That consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@justinmujica.com, and the image comes down.
The site is static and served from the global network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which may process technical connection data — such as your IP address — as a processor, under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
